All sales are subject to the terms stated below. By placing an order with Cheap Fitness you agree to following order policies.
All accessory/equipment sales are backed by a 10 day return policy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase once it has arrived, you have 10 days to return the product to the Cheap Fitness warehouse for a full refund, less shipping charges. This means that once the product arrives at your home and you have decided to return it, you must postmark the package or obtain return tracking information for the package for return within 10 days. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer. Shipping refunds will not be given. Although some prices for our items specify free or included shipping charges, this does not imply that CheapFitness is able to ship these items for free. The shipping cost has simply been calculated into the final cost. Because of this, if you do decide to return your purchase within our return policy you will still be responsible for our original shipping cost to your location as well as the return shipping cost. Once an item has been shipped an order cannot be canceled. The item may be returned for a refund according to the policies set forth in this page. Refunds will only be issued on items that are returned in good condition in their complete, original packaging. Cheap Fitness will make the final determination concerning refunds.
If your package is damaged upon delivery, you must notify the shipper immediately. Damage costs from shipping will not be covered by Cheap Fitness. We assure that every product that leaves our warehouse is in its proper condition.
If an item arrives and is missing parts, you must contact the manufacturer. Each new item will have a manufacturer contact page with all of the necessary contact information. This information will also aid you in any assembly assistance. If for some reason the contact page was not included you may contact Cheap Fitness and we will provide you with the appropriate information. All new items carry a manufacturer's warranty. Cheap Fitness does not provide warranty service on products, although we will assist you in contacting the appropriate manufacturer if necessary. All items require some assembly unless otherwise noted.
Prices are subject to change without notice. APO/FPO addresses are subject to additional shipping charges. Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska, as well as countries outside of the USA.
CheapFitness.com will not be responsible for Duties, taxes, or brokerage fees relating to shipments sent outside of the USA.
Orders Shipped to New Mexico are Subject to 5.8125% State Sales Tax. Refusal of delivery will result in a 15% restocking charge.
