We are not the shipper and have no control over transit of your package once we have released it to the shipper. All of our products, excluding treadmills, are shipped via either FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Ground. The only difference in these services is that one delivers to residential addresses and one delivers to business addresses (this varies by service in your area). Transit times are the same for either service. We have been using FedEx's services for over 3 years now and have nothing but good things to say about them. FedEx Home Delivery has wonderful services available such as Saturday Deliveries, Evening Deliveries, Specific Day deliveries, and is slowly becoming one of the most popular and efficient ground based delivery services available. Also, most areas now use smaller FedEx Home Delivery Vans to deliver into residential areas. This keeps the larger, noisier diesel delivery trucks out of your neighborhood (this service varies by location). If your package has to be there in a pinch, we also offer the full range of FedEx Express Delivery services. If you need something fast, simply call us or fill out our support form for an express shipping quote. At a customer's request and typically at an additional charge, we can ship most items via the USPS if a P.O. box delivery is required. We will accommodate almost any special shipping request, and YES, we do ship internationally.
