All new and used Exercycles® are sold with a 3 month parts and labor CheapFitness™ warranty. By ordering an Exercycle® you agree to the terms of our ordering policies as well as the terms of the following warranty information:

This warranty is in no way affiliated with Exercycle® corporation or their affiliates. This warranty is provided solely by CheapFitness™.

To obtain a replacement for a defective part under the 3 month warranty, the customer must ship the defective part to CheapFitness™. All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

To obtain labor services under the 3 month warranty, the actual Exercycle® must be shipped to CheapFitness™ for labor service. All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

CheapFitness™ must be contacted prior to returning a defective part, or an entire Exercycle® for warranty service. Parts or Exercycles® returned without CheapFitness™ warranty authorization will not be considered eligible for warranty service.
